Corned Beef Casserole
Enjoy a delicious casserole with cheese and corned beef!
Ingredients:
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. package of any noodle
Mix soup, milk, onions, and cheese in saucepan on stove. After cheese melts, pour over cooked noodles which have been mixed with the corned beef. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Do not cover.
This dish is great for meal prepping for multiple meals!
